Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data from Geek Influencer OS, operated by Geek Online Ventures Pvt Ltd, including any information we obtained from Instagram or Meta with your permission.

Option 1 — Disconnect Instagram

To remove the Instagram data we hold about you while keeping your account:

  1. Sign in to Geek Influencer OS and go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Disconnect next to Instagram / Meta.

We then delete your stored Instagram access token and the cached Instagram profile, media, and insights associated with your account. You can also revoke our access directly in Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

  1. Sign in and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, media kit, uploaded content, and all Instagram data and tokens associated with your account.

Option 3 — Email request

If you cannot access your account, email givebacktogurugram@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line Delete my data. Please include your Instagram username so we can locate and remove the associated records.

What we delete: your Instagram access token, and the cached Instagram profile, media, captions, media URLs, and insights we stored; and, if you delete your account, your platform profile, media kit, and uploaded content.

Timeline: disconnection removes Instagram data immediately; full account deletion is completed within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required by law, in de-identified or minimal form.
